• Why do the sensors and indoor console readings differ when placed at the same location?

  Allow the devices to stabilize for more than 1.5 hours. Differences within +/-2F (temperature) and +/-5% (humidity) are within the normal accuracy range.

• Why does the outdoor sensor read abnormally high temperatures?

  Ensure the external sensors are placed in a shaded area. Exposure to direct sunlight will result in abnormally high temperature readings.

• Why do the sensors lose connection with the console?

  Wireless transmission range is up to 300ft in open areas but usually reduced to around 100ft by walls and obstructions. Keep the console and sensors away from metal objects and electronic interference.

• How should I power up the weather station to ensure connection?

  Power the sensors first and the indoor console second. Do not press any buttons on the console until all sensors have reported in.
