Place the DR400 into its docking station and plug the attached USB cable into a power adapter or PC. It takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge. A flashing orange light indicates charging, which turns to a green flash every 5 seconds when fully charged.
Prior to returning a recorder, you must contact NorthEast Monitoring or your dealer to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be visible on the outside of the packing carton.
You can download the software by navigating to the Support > Downloads and Documents section on the official website. You will need your HASP-key serial number to obtain a license key.
The internal non-volatile memory of the NorthEast Monitoring DR400 recorder can store up to 470 MB of patient ECG data.
