Download the Yoosee app and register an account. Power on the device and wait for the 'Du du' sound. Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (5GHz is often not supported), then tap the '+' icon in the app to add the device via QR code or Smart Link.
Locate the reset hole on the device. Insert a pin or thimble and long-press for 5 to 10 seconds until you hear a voice prompt or the LED indicator changes, signifying the reset is complete.
Ensure a compatible TF/Micro SD card (up to 128GB, formatted to FAT32 or exFAT) is inserted. Check that 'Record switch' is enabled in the 'Record settings' menu. If issues persist, try formatting the card through the app or replacing it.
Check if your Wi-Fi network is functioning and if the router password has changed. You may need to reset the camera and re-add it to the app if network settings have been altered. Also, check the power connection.
