5.1. Bench Adjustments

• Bench Pad Position: The bench pad can be adjusted to two positions: flat and negative incline. To adjust, locate the adjustment pin or lever beneath the bench pad, pull it out, set the desired angle, and ensure the pin locks securely into place.
• Bar Support Height: The bar supports can be adjusted to seven different heights, ranging from 70 cm to 105 cm from the ground. To adjust, loosen the knob on the support upright, pull the adjustment pin, slide the support to the desired height, and re-secure the pin and tighten the knob.
