This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and effective use of your Vaporesso Gen 160 E-Cigarette Set. The set includes the Gen 160 Mod and the GTX Pod 26 Clearomizer. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the device to ensure proper function and longevity. This product is designed for adult use only and contains no nicotine.

- Open the battery compartment cover located at the bottom or side of the Gen 160 Mod.
- Insert two 18650 battery cells according to the polarity indicators (+ and -) inside the compartment. Incorrect installation can damage the device.

2. Coil Installation (if not pre-installed)
- Remove the GTX Pod 26 Clearomizer from the Gen 160 Mod.

- Align the new GTX Mesh Coil with the slot in the pod and firmly push it into place until it is seated securely.
- Ensure the coil is fully inserted to prevent leaks.

- Locate the top-filling port on the GTX Pod 26 Clearomizer. This is usually under a silicone plug.

- To turn the device on or off, press the fire button (main button) 5 times rapidly within 2 seconds. The OLED display will indicate the power status.
2. Adjusting Wattage
- The Gen 160 Mod operates in Variable Wattage (VW) mode by default, with an output range of 5 to 160 Watts.
- Use the '+' and '-' adjustment buttons (usually located below the display) to increase or decrease the wattage.
- Refer to the recommended wattage range for your installed coil:
- GTX Mesh Coil 0.15 Ohm: 60 - 75 Watts
- GTX Mesh Coil 0.3 Ohm: 32 - 45 Watts
3. Screen Information (0.91" OLED Display)
The OLED display provides essential information about your device's status:

5. Locking/Unlocking Buttons
- To lock or unlock the adjustment buttons (prevent accidental wattage changes), press the fire button 3 times rapidly. The fire button will remain active.

- Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the charging port on the Gen 160 Mod and plug the other end into a suitable USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter).
- The device supports DC 5V/2A fast charging.
- The OLED display will show the charging status. Disconnect the charger once the batteries are fully charged.
- For optimal battery life and safety, it is recommended to charge 18650 batteries using an external dedicated battery charger.
