The DEMUDA HVM series is a high-voltage stackable Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery pack designed for home solar energy storage systems. This all-in-one rechargeable battery system features a modular design, allowing for easy expansion and flexible configuration to meet various energy demands. It integrates a Battery Management System (BMS) for optimal performance and safety, making it an efficient and reliable solution for your energy needs.

Please read and understand all safety instructions before installation, operation, or maintenance of the battery pack. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, serious injury, or death.

  • Ensure all electrical connections are made by qualified personnel.

  • Keep the battery pack away from water, heat sources, and flammable materials.
  • In case of fire, the unit is equipped with a built-in fire extinguishing device for automatic thermal runaway state processing.
  • Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling the battery.
  • Ensure proper ventilation around the battery pack.

The HVM battery system is composed of 2 to 8 HVM battery modules connected in series to achieve a usable capacity of 9.6 to 38.2 kWh. The system is scalable by adding HVM modules later.

Upon receiving your DEMUDA HVM battery pack, carefully unpack all components. Inspect for any visible damage during transit. Ensure all listed components are present.

5.2 Modular Assembly

The HVM series features a modular stacking design. You can connect 2 to 8 battery modules in series to achieve your desired system voltage ແລະຄວາມອາດສາມາດ.

The system uses quick plug connectors on the back for series wiring, simplifying the assembly process.

The DEMUDA HVM battery pack integrates seamlessly into a household energy storage system. Below is a schematic diagram for typical connections:

  • Hybrid Solar Inverter: This device manages the power flow between solar panels, the battery pack, the electric supply, and household appliances.
  • LiFePO4 Battery Module: The DEMUDA HVM battery pack connects to the hybrid solar inverter.

  3. Refer to your hybrid solar inverter manual for its specific power-up sequence and synchronization with the battery.

6.2 Monitoring System Status

The LCD display provides real-time information on critical parameters such as State of Charge (SOC), system voltage, ປັດຈຸບັນ, ແຕ່ລະເຊລ voltage, cell temperature, and PCBA status. Regularly check this display to ensure optimal operation.

6.3 Shutting Down the System

  1. To temporarily shut down the battery pack, press the ປຸ່ມຢຸດ (9 in Figure 3).
