This section guides you through the installation process of your e-bike conversion kit. Ensure your bicycle is compatible with the kit's specifications before proceeding.

• Front Fork Width: The motor is designed for a front fork installation width of 100mm.

2. Motor and Wheel Installation

The kit includes a front hub motor pre-laced into a double-wall rim. The motor has an installation width of 100mm and a diameter of 130mm. The motor cable is 180cm long without a connector, featuring a Julet brand quick-release waterproof connector.

The 36V 18Ah Hailong battery is designed for down tube installation. It comes with an integrated controller inside the battery mount plate.

4. PAS Sensor Installation

The PAS (Pedal Assist System) sensor is for left-side installation. It is a dual hall sensor with 12 signals output and 3.5mm thickness. The cable length is 53cm without a connector.

Use the waterproof 1T5 cable to connect the various components. The integrated controller handles connections for the motor, battery, PAS sensor, and the 5-in-1 cable.

6. LCD Display, Throttle, and Brake Levers

• ຈໍ LCD: Mount the LCD display on your handlebars. It has a 30cm cable without a connector.
• Thumb Throttle: Install the Wuxing brand thumb throttle on the handlebars. It has a 30cm cable without a connector.
• ເບກເບກ: Install the Wuxing brand brake levers. These levers feature an immediate power interruption function for safety. They also have 30cm cables without connectors.

1. LCD Display (KD21C)

The LCD screen display features a backlight and provides essential information for your ride. It offers 5 assist levels and a 6km/h traction mode when holding the Down Button.
