  2. Grill Plate Usage:
    • Ribbed Side: Ideal for grilling meats (steak, chicken, pork chops) and vegetables. The ribbed surface helps drain excess fat.
    • Smooth Side: Suitable for cooking pancakes, eggs, bacon, or tortillas.

  3. Warming Tray Usage: Place ingredients such as cheese, small vegetables, or pre-cooked items into the individual warming pans. Slide these pans under the heating element for melting or warming. Use the provided wooden spatulas to handle food in the pans.
