The IR15 light stimulates stem growth and flowering, while the UV ensures optimal nutrient absorption, helping your plants thrive and bloom faster. It also mimics sunrise and sunset, regulating plant growth and inducing flowering or dormancy, and creates a shade-avoidance response, accelerating stem growth.

Suspended Use: For other main lights (recommended under 500W), the ADlite bars can be hung separately using the provided hanging ropes. This offers versatility for various grow tent setups.

5.1 Recommended Usage Times
