Your thermometer comes with AA batteries. To install or replace batteries:

- Press the "Mode" button to switch to "Object" mode.
- Point the thermometer at the object whose temperature you wish to measure.
- Press and release the trigger button. The object's surface temperature will be displayed.
4.3. Recalling Memory Readings
The thermometer stores the last 32 temperature readings.
- While the thermometer is on, press the "Mem" button (or similar button, refer to device markings) to enter memory recall mode.
- Use the "+" or "-" buttons to scroll through the stored readings.
