1. Attach the Searchcoil:

   Align the searchcoil with the lower stem. Insert the plastic bolt through the holes in the searchcoil and the lower stem. Secure with the two rubber washers and the plastic nut. Do not overtighten.

Swing the searchcoil in a slow, overlapping motion, keeping it parallel to the ground and as close as possible without touching. The waterproof design allows for use in shallow water, but ensure the control housing remains dry.
